On-Site consultations, at your place, are the best way to get detailed advice and feedback on your water feature. Having a That Pond Place expert spend direct time with your koi pond, water garden, or water feature can save our clients time, money, and frustration. Complete feedback and troubleshooting on your feature to make improvements on water quality, equipment upkeep, fish and plant care; and ease of maintenance. On-site consultations typically take about an hour and start at $180
In-Store That Pond Place consultations, at our place, are always free. Just stop in to talk with one of our experts. We can help solve the issues you may be experiencing with yor koi pond, water garden, or water featture. The free consultations take about 15 minutes. Please be sure to call ahead to schedule longer In-Store personal consultations. $FREE
An emergency service would require same-day or within 24 hour response. If you are experiencing an emergency situation CALL RIGHT NOW to speak with an expert from That Pond Place. Sometimes issues can be solved with a phone call, sometimes more action is necessary. That Pond Place has all the equipment, all the knowledge and experience to resolve emergency situations.
An on-site Emergency Service from That Pond Place starts at $390 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum. Billed in 1/2 hour increments. Emergency billing also include billing for drive time (regular service calls do not). Rental equipment, if needed, is billed as additional.
